Biologists @ 100 conference
24-27 March 2025
ACC Liverpool, UK
The Company of Biologists is celebrating 100 years of supporting biologists and inspiring biology
We are excited to invite you to a unique scientific conference, celebrating our 100-year anniversary and bringing together our different communities.
We are striving to deliver a conference that is inclusive - providing an opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones, build bridges and enrich your network, regardless of your background or career stage. We invite all attendees to explore the programme, which offers a unique opportunity to attend a diverse range of talks across the full scope of our journals, including developmental biology, cell biology, comparative animal physiology, and disease biology.

We would like to thank the BSCB, BSDB, SEB, the organising committee and the journal teams of Development, Journal of Cell Science, Journal of Experimental Biology, Disease Models & Mechanisms and Biology Open. Together, we are creating a truly inclusive conference, and we look forward to meeting many of you in Liverpool in March 2025 to celebrate this important milestone.
We chose the city of Liverpool to celebrate our 100-year anniversary and bring our communities together.
Liverpool has a rich history of music and culture and is an ideal location to bring our communities together. The city is easily accessible by rail, road, air and sea and a lot of the main sights are within walking distance of the conference venue.
Like The Company of Biologists, the ACC Liverpool cares deeply about offering sustainable conferencing options. Over the next few months, we will be sharing more information about how we will make this conference as sustainable as possible and how you can help us as you plan your attendance.
